Existing wooden deck refinished with TimberTech decking. Addition of wrap around stairs and a privacy wall. Grading in yard done for future deck extension and hardscape space. Pavers added alongside the deck and house, extending to rear driveway. Deck extension framed off of refinished deck and covered with matching Timbertech boarding. Gas lines ran under both decks for permanent fire pits. Matching pavers lining base of deck all the way around.

Pergola with covered roof, fan, and rafter recess lighting built onto deck. Sod Laid in all areas where grading was performed. Custom fabricated outdoor kitchen with cabinets, trash bin, refrigerator, grill, kegerator with taps, granite countertops, granite bench area and bar seating. Lantern post and matching wall sconces added to kitchen space. Project finished with furniture from GreyFox Outdoor.
